  7. With the help of the thumb, press the right nostril.
  8. Breathe out through the left nostril.
  9. In the same position, breathe in through the left nostril.
  10. After inhalation and before exhalation, close the left nostril with the ring and little fingers.
  11. Release the thumb from the right nostril and exhale out.
  12. Similarly, breathe in through the right nostril while the left nostrils are closed.
  13. Release the left nostril and allow exhalation.
  14. Thus, one complete cycle of Nadi Shodhan Pranayam is completed.

4. Setu Bandhasana

5. Shavasana

  10. Roll down on the right side. Stay in that condition for another one minute.
  11. Then sit by taking support of the right hand and perform Sukhasana.
